The smallest plan available: This is the most potent plan available to Vertualize customers, at least ten hours of consulting and support are absolutely vital to operate any technology system.

Many of the smallest web systems will need at least 5 hours of software maintenance including core updates and verifying that 3rd party softwares are utilizing the latest releases. The cloud server infrastructure to control, host, and backup the system is included.

Much of this plan is not delivered during the 10 hours per month, but delivered without downtime through-out the whole month. Your management consulting team is available by automatic support ticket which can be created from a form on this website, a phone call (most hours), a voicemail, a transcribed voicemail, a text message, and to a special email address during all 744 hours in a 31 day month.

There is literally no limit to your request. In all of our plans we do not bill for training in broad knowledge or training time in introductory niche knowledge. This means that we generally will log 225 to 300 hours, while only billing to the customer 200 hours. If you include the time not logged that our development team will spend researching and considering your business issues, you will quickly see that our attention to detail leads to a 2:1 time billing ratio. The nature of our developers is to be curious and inquisitive of the disparate applications and frameworks that we work in, it is our commitment to create the context for bridging to occur smoothly. Our goals is to help you identify, analyze, and execute on intelligence that emerges during the customization services that we perform. We have extensive experience in establishing layouts using best practices of today with a hint of knowledge built in from the print era of publishing. The typical review cycle is 2 to 5 times during the month. We can assemble custom programmed add-on extensions for your business idea.
